There are many different ways to play games on ePSXe, the two main ones are through CD-ROM and ISO. ISO is original PS1 games downloaded from the internet, extract them and navigate to ‘run ISO’ in the ePSXe graphical user interface to run. ePSXe also allows you to run original PS1 discs, simply put the CD into your PC’s drive and press ‘run CD-ROM’ in the ePSXe interface.
